1. Project Overview
Develop a B2B platform where Korean cosmetics dealers can register and manage their products, and U.S.-based vendors can purchase those products.
User Types: Administrator, Korean Dealers, U.S. Vendors
Core Features: Product management, purchasing, payments, settlement, promotions, etc.

2. User Roles
Administrator: Oversees the entire platform and manages users, products, and settlements.
Korean Dealer: Can register and manage products, handle orders and shipping, view and manage their own settlement pages.
U.S. Vendor: Can browse and purchase products listed by Korean dealers. Only verified vendors (approved by the administrator) are allowed to make purchases.

3. Key Requirements
- Member Authentication & Management
: Users must complete email verification and receive admin approval during registration.
Only approved users can make purchases (login is still allowed without approval).
- Multi-language Support
: Support for English and Korean.
- Product Management
: Korean dealers can add, edit, and delete products.
: Each product can include images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory details.
- Purchasing & Payment
: U.S. vendors can search, view product details, and add items to a shopping cart.
- Integration with Stripe for credit card payments.
- Settlement Page
: Korean dealers can access their sales and settlement history.
: Automatic generation of downloadable settlement reports (Excel/CSV).
: Admin can view platform-wide and per-dealer settlement statistics.
- Coupons & Promotions
: Admins and dealers can create and issue discount coupons.
: Promotional banners and campaign management.
: Coupons are automatically applied during checkout if conditions are met.

4. System Requirements
- Responsive Web Design: Fully supports PC, tablet, and mobile devices.
