An online platform where users can book various cultural experiences — such as small theme parks, exhibitions, and one-day classes — and where partners can manage multi-channel ticket sales, inventory, and bookings in one place.

1. User Features (USER)
- User Groups: Regular users, partners (business owners), and platform admins
- Account: Email/social sign-up, secure login (lock after 5 failed tries), password reset
- Profile: Edit personal info, change password, delete account
- Bookings: View bookings from the last 6 months, check details, show QR tickets, request cancellations/refunds
- Points: Check current points, upcoming points, expiration dates, level, and point history

2. Point System (POINT)
(1) Earn Points:
- Booking: 1% of payment
- Review: 200–300P
- First review: +500P
- Rating: 50P
- Referral: 1,000P
- Birthday: 2,000P
(2) Rules & Limits:
- Points added after the experience is used
- No duplicate earning
- Daily limit: 5,000P
(3) Membership Levels: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum
- Higher levels get higher point rates, birthday points, early-booking perks, and discounts
(4) Use Points:
- Minimum 100P
- Up to 70% of total payment
- Cannot be combined with coupons
- Valid for 2 years
(5) Send/Exchange Points:
- Send points to other users (1,000P units, max 10,000P/month)
- Exchange 10,000P+ for partner gift cards
